Post subject:  How to set multiTopics.

Hi together,

I installed Thema Poster and read the tutorial. I could set the forum and the thread I like to post and create a topic (one only). That ,only one, topic/posts I had to upload manually, unfortunately.
But I want to post multiple topics/posts in one thread at the forum in certain time interval. To fill up the thread and and add every few minutes a new post to the thread.
Also I like to overwrite old topics/posts with new topics/posts.
How to set this?
Also I have problems with "groups" , it says I should handle it like a folder where I can put all my topics/posts.... but I do not really know how to set and handle the "groups"... and the meaning of it

many thanks in advance

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hi,

add all your posts to posts list and then post all needed posts from there.

You can use schedule interval posting feature from there as well.

Add to posts list (interface way): http://poster.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq601
Add to posts list (via .txt files): http://poster.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq602

Schedule interval posting: http://poster.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq604

Group is just a "folder" for topics. You can add all needed topics (from different forums) to needed group (folder). And later easily post to all those topics.

You can add posts to posts list via interface if you want (no need for .txt files then). See the link in the previous post.

You can use any messages which you want.

If you want to keep those messages in posts list and don't remove when posting just enable at the bottom left "Leave posts in posts list when posting".

If you want to edit already posted posts you will need themaManager: http://manager.themasoftware.com/

themaPoster is only for posting new posts. themaManager can edit old already posted posts in forums / blogs.
