in Spanish we use letters like ñ and accents on vowels (á, é, í, ó, ú) and that publishing it in some forums are posted symbols instead of those letters. : S

1. Ip Board #2 is number 2, not version 2, use it for version 3. (It's actually explained in the faq).

2. You are using the bad charset. Use the right charset, this is also in the faq ("How to add forum" section).

You need to select the correct charset when adding a forum. You probably using UTF-8 which is bad for that forum.

For Spanish try iso-8859-1
