Objection! In FF you can protect this data with a master password so it's not possible to view your password list for others.
Sueing a RDP provider seems pointless if you distribute "certain content". :-)
The real important point for anybody using any shared environment: they aren't secure even if you have such an encryption as most sites I post on don't use SSL yet - that's just an example, there are multiple scenarios where your private data can be easily exposed in shared environments, even VPSs.
Serious VPN providers even reinstall the complete OS on their bare metal systems after an unplanned reboot or power outage - for a reason ;-)
Nevertheless I would appreciate the option to have the data in TP / TM encrypted to make it harder for the lesser advanced "casual finders" to use them. I saw RDPs where I could easily browse other users' directories ... and before you ask: yes, it were paid RDPs.
