You didn't write the settings information, you most likely just have bad settings.

Do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (via PM on any file host).

Will review your settings.

It's an issue at their site.

Their login does not work at all, it just says:

Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console.

You can try via browser -> logout -> then try to login -> it's not possible.

Report to them, only they can fix it.
