With /forum & without forum did not work.

Well, when you go to http://www.phimhongkong.com it automatically turns into http://www.phimhongkong.com/f , so I don't really know why you didn't used the forum's main address which is with /f

It's very easy:
Those three forums have the correct configuration. I have a lot of forums configurated and I'm not a rookie. Why? I don't know! I wasted a lof of my time trying to fix it but it's imposible.
