Post subject:  Important information. (Didn't read = deleted topic).

In this forum the icons means the following:

Image - fixed / solved.
Image - in progress.

This forum is for problems with specific forums only.

General problems in "Help" forum, or if you sure it's a bug (non specific forum related) in "Bugs" forum.

Before creating a new thread check if it don't exists already.

Make sure you are using the latest version.

Always check the error file by double clicking on the row in the status table after you see the error. Maybe it's your own fault. If not include that error message in the your new topic. You should include both errors, the one you see in the program and most important what you see when in forum's response after double clicking.

"Problems with page", such as forum timeout / read timeout / connection timeout is forums problems and has nothing to do with the program so please don't create topics for that. Just wait until forum is not on heavy load or back online if it was offline.

If you get "Successfully posted" message, but when double clicking it shows main page or you can't find your post - you might have bad URL / Type.

When adding a topic make sure you have topic ID (not the post ID).

"Failed to find formhash" / "Required parameter 'name' not found" error usually means that you have a bad forum type / entered a bad URL or just bad topic / forum ID.
Also make sure that URL has "/forum" or "/forums" or something like that at the end if forum is not at main domain.

Can't find topic or forum ID? Check: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=447

For single forum you must specify it in the subject like this:
[forum.com] Your problem.

If it's two forums separate them with a comma like this:
[forum.com, forum2.com] Your problem.

If it's more forums don't need to mention them in the subject, only "Your problem."

Add your forum configuration settings. At least URL / Type /Charset.

This information is required when creating new topic:
  • Your forum's settings from the program (URL, type).
  • Error message in the status table.
  • Error message from the forum (when you double click on the error message in the status table).
  • Forum / Topic ID (if posting related).
