Maybe you disabled update notices, then restart the program and will show it on start-up.

If it doesn't show on start-up then PM me teamviewer login details since that's not really should be possible. It always shows it on start-up, just tested with 2.13 and it's fine for me.

If you're using malwarebytes it might block the main server. Disable the online website blocking or add to ignore list this ip: 79.142.76.6 (it also might be blocked by firewall).

There is small "not really bug fix", but improvement I made in 2.15 to ensure that pop-up would be always showed.

Also just to remind, the download links in the email (with the license key) are always to the latest version.
