• Fixed [links] problem in few build-in forums
• Added character counter on subject fields
• Fixed resolution detecting problems
• Fixed import bug
• Added banned hosts configuration in forum tab

Fixed some more important things, especially really annoying resolution detecting problem which was happening to some.

Edit: also noticed that I left a bug in banned hosts, they won't save on built-in forums. My fault, fixed that already, but the fix will be only in 1.20
