All forums has at least some seconds of flood delay, you would just see a lot of error than and we don't want to flood forums like that, so that option won't be added.

Don't really understand about wordpress. Please make some screenshots and explain more.

I post only wordpess blog ,only 1,2 site and that is my own site.
I post many post only 1,2 site because i can't waiting.My friend and many people wanting it add for thema.

Freedy,but i only post DLE and Wordpess,and DLE and WP do not need flood delay between post .
With some people is own 4-5 wordpes or DLE Site.They only post 4-5 site but many post on same time.If must wait time between post ,they will manual posting instead of use thema for posting.
Please add it.I very hope it for 1.27. Thank you .

To wait 1 minute between posts is not really a big thing.

Edit: Well, ok, added this option for "Create flood delay" only.
