I know you can add banned hosts per forum.

Is there a way to add a banned host per topic on each topic on each forum.

no, forum usually bans a host on whole forum.

There is no point to have it per topic.

Edit: actually added from 3.05 since some users provided examples where this might be needed.

I ask because some forums only allow some hosts in some sections.
And some forums require some hosts in some sections of the forum.

But I post the same stuff on many forums and I have to completely ban a host on a forum if it is not allowed in the section I post.

Its a little confusing to explain
