I prepared a lot of topics. I made a backup. closed the program. turned off the coputer obsalyutno normally. I turn it on here too. what's the matter and how to fix it. all backups are gone.

If everything is fine with your main files -> then you don't need to do anything. You don't need to backup anything manually (it's done automatically). You don't need to look at that folder at all. It's only for if main files gets corrupted (just in case). If you got error that files got corrupted then to restore from backups -> close the program -> open "user/backups" folder -> open date folder where files are fine -> copy paste all files to main "user" folder (overwrite everything). |

"If you got error that files got corrupted then to restore from backups -> close the program -> open "user/backups" folder -> open date folder where files are fine -> copy paste all files to main "user" folder (overwrite everything)." - I can't do this. because all my current backups have been deleted, including from the backup folder. the whole problem is the disappearance of backups. 2021-09-06 is the last copy of this date. this number is not relevant for at least six months. how to restore backups, and not from them. and where could they have disappeared to? |

You might have some folder permissions issues, if it can't delete the old backups then it would create less backups overall (that's you have only few from today). Rar your whole "user" folder and send it via PM in any private host link. Will take a look. You should also always use some cloud backup (like Gdrive, Onedrive). It can easily be setup with InSync to backup everything automatically. |

Will take a look. Edit: as noted via PM - it's solved. The files were just in different location (most likely OS issue). |
