Greetings,
I am new here with TermaPoster and I am hoping to get some help or at least pointed in the right direction. A little history first. We have a phpbb3.x community forum with a high volume of posters that post links to 3rd party download engines such as RapidGator and such. One of our Site Moderators set up ThermaPost to remove bad links, and threads that were totally full of bad links to these third party sites. That Site Moderator has since been away for almost a year. And now I am trying to set this back up on my end.

I have downloaded and purchased ThermaPost myself (I am also the main Admin on our site). I have already set up and checked the connection to the site, including being able to log in with a user we created for check links through ThermaPoster.



So my questions is I am, again, looking for some direction or direct help to do the following:

Manually or automatically set up a time to scan our site for bad links.

• If the main topic has multiple links, but one or more is bad, it will remove those bad links.
• If the main topic has all bad links it will delete the thread entirely.
• If there are replies to the thread that also have bad links they would be removed in the same fashion as the original topic, as in delete any bad links if there are multiple links, or remove the reply entirely if they are all bad.

I know this is possible, as our 'missing member' was able to set ThermaPost to do this.

Any direction on how to accomplish this would be great. I would also highly consider if someone is interested to pay to get this set up in a quicker time frame. Once a price is agreed on I would make payment once it is working the way we want.

themaPoster is for posting to forums / blogs (creating new threads / new replies in topics). It's not for checking links and editing posts.

themaManager is for checking links and editing posts: http://manager.themasoftware.com/

However it's not for managing whole forum. It will fetch your user posts only (not whole forums with all users - you can add multiple users obviously). For your users posts you can check links and replace / removed them or delete the posts if you have the right permissions.
