is there an option to sort the posts lists alphabetically and also sort it according to post type i.e. music, movies, etc posts

Will make the alphabetically sorting.

There is no way to sort by music / movie etc. since post can have different templates from different sections.

thanks Freddy. how about folders inside the posts list to separate movies posts from music, games etc

Just press on the column name you want to sort the list.

Click at Subject/Message and will be sorting.
