How to restore deleted built-in forums?

remove them from the section "non English", now when I add new work, I do to them again and work properly?

Go to menu "Forums" -> "Deleted built-in forums" and restore them.

I've deleted tastro.org how to add them again?I try to add it but failed to test login page..
